Can I keep my existing phone number number?
You most certainly can. EE makes it very easy to keep the phone number from another network or MVNO. Simply ask for a PAC code or use the OFCOM Test to switch to request a PAC and provide it to EE and they will do the rest.
Why is collect in store such a big deal?
It is well known that you get a much better deal online than walking into a phone shop. High Street stores have to pay rent, rates and staff, and can’t afford to offer the same time limited or promotional offers that you often find online.
Collect In Store is so important because it allows people who don’t have the time to wait at home for their order to take advantage of the very best prices available online. As long as you have a little time to place your order you can take advantage of great EE deals online and arrange to collect it at a time that is convenient for you.
Do I have to pay an upfront cost?
You don’t have to pay an upfront cost when you start a contract with EE.
However, if you can afford it then it may be worth considering at least a small upfront cost. Deals with an initial cost often teun out cheaper over the lift of the contract, and also help to pass the application process and credit checks.
