STEP 1 Find the best deal to suit you

STEP 2 Check you are eligible to switch

You also need your PAC code to keep your number, so we can get both pieces of information at the same time!

Text To Switch makes this super easy. Just text PAC to 65075 and follow the instructions. You don't even need to speak to anyone.

You will receive a text message with your PAC code and an esitmation of your final bill. If you are still in contract this will be more than your usual monthly rate.

STEP 3 Buy the deal

You are now ready to sign up for your new contract! Follow the links on this website to add the deal you want directly to your shopping cart on the EE website.

STEP 4 Provide your PAC Code to EE

If you already have it they you can provide the PAC to EE when you place your order.

If you are still waiting for your PAC then don't worry - when you receive it just call EE to give them the code and start transferring yout number to your new account.

STEP 5 Receive and unbox your phone

We hope you enjoy it! Don't forget to be careful when you handle your new phone - they can be slippy!

If you are not sure about your new purchase and think you may need to return it then be careful not to scratch or mark it - phones need to be returned in the same condition they were received in.

STEP 6 Wait for your number to activate

Your old number should be active within 24 hours. This can vary a little between networks, could possibly be extended to the "next working day" if you registered your PAC at the weekend.
